Igor came  promptly to repair our wolf cooktop. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained things well. Most importantly he was as fair. His intent, besides repairing the appliance, seemed to be courtesy and concern for the client. We're seniors and much appreciated his making the bill a reasonable as possible. That's quite remarkable

I practically cringed when our fridge broke down right before Christmas. I really didn't want to deal with any of the appliance repairmen I have dealt with in the past.   They either didn't know how to deal with high end appliances (Thermador) or were a complete rip off. 

I called a trusted friend and he referred me to Egor.  Egor was on vacation, but I patiently waited for him.  

Well, he was definitely worth the wait.   He came in diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair estimate and completed the repair.  

Never had a repairman be so knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and fair.

I was looking for a fireplace repair man. There was nobody in Glendale, but I found this company in Burbank. I called yesterday & Egor answered & made an appointment next day at 10am.  He was here on time, & worked over an hour an hour to fix the old fireplace in the condo I recently purchased.  I can't ask for any better services than I got from him.  He is truly a professional & courteous.  On top of it, his price is very reasonable. He said he also works on A/C, Heater, & ovens!
